Ezra Taft Benson: A Staunch Anti-Communist and Defender of the Global White Minority

Ezra Taft Benson and the Fight Against Communism

Ezra Taft Benson, the 13th President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, was one of the most vocal and principled anti-communists of the 20th century. As Secretary of Agriculture under President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Benson fought tirelessly against the creeping influence of socialism in American government and culture. His opposition to Marxism was not just a political stance—it was a deeply held religious conviction. He viewed communism as a Satanic force that sought to enslave mankind, destroy faith in God, and undermine traditional Western values, including the sanctity of family, private property, and national sovereignty.

Benson saw firsthand how collectivist policies, disguised as "progress," eroded individual liberty. He warned that the welfare state, excessive government control, and the rise of globalist ideologies were tools of the communists to weaken the moral and economic fabric of Christian nations. His sermons and writings emphasized that true freedom could only be preserved through self-reliance, strong families, and adherence to constitutional principles.

In his famous speech Stand Up for Freedom, Benson declared:

"We must be alert to the fact that communism is a conspiracy, a deliberate conspiracy to overthrow the free institutions of the world and to establish a godless dictatorship."

His warnings proved prophetic, as we now see modern leftist movements adopting the same Marxist tactics to dismantle Western civilization, attack Christian values, and push racial identity politics as a means of division and control.

The White Race: A Global Minority Under Siege

While mainstream leftist narratives portray whites as the dominant global power, the reality is starkly different. Whites are, in fact, a global minority, making up only about 15% of the world’s population. Even more striking, ethnic Europeans constitute a mere 8% of the global population. The rest of the white world—found in places such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and parts of Latin America and the Middle East—adds up to this small fraction.

Despite this reality, the white race faces unprecedented attacks from globalist institutions, academia, and the media, all of which have been influenced by Marxist doctrines that seek to dismantle Western civilization. The very people who built the foundations of modern science, philosophy, law, and governance are now being demonized in their own lands.

The Origins of the White Race: A Historical Perspective

The white race did not simply originate in Europe. Genetic and archaeological evidence shows that whites trace their origins to the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. The ancient Aryans, Scythians, Celts, and Indo-Europeans spread across these regions, creating the civilizations that would later give birth to the great Western and Christian traditions.

In ancient Persia, for example, the Iranic peoples—including the Medes, Persians, and Scythians—were closely related to their European counterparts. These were the same people who resisted the Islamic conquests, just as European Crusaders fought to defend their lands from foreign invaders. The same pattern exists today: white nations, whether in Europe, North America, or Australia, are under assault by mass immigration, cultural Marxism, and anti-Christian ideologies.

Benson’s Warning on the Destruction of White Christian Nations

Benson saw through the deception of the left. He understood that Marxists and globalists were using racial division and false narratives to destroy Western civilization. He recognized that when a people forget their heritage, lose their faith, and abandon their history, they become weak and susceptible to tyranny.

Today, we see the consequences of ignoring these warnings. White Christian nations are being told they have no right to their homelands, no right to self-defense, and no right to preserve their heritage. Meanwhile, every other racial and ethnic group is encouraged to have racial pride and unity—except whites. The double standard is obvious and deliberate.

Benson’s words still echo with truth:

"We must never forget that nations are built by strong families, strong faith, and a strong moral compass. Those who seek to destroy this foundation do so with the intent to enslave us all."

Conclusion: The Call to Defend Faith, Family, and Freedom

Ezra Taft Benson was more than a prophet—he was a warrior against the evils of communism and globalism. He stood firm when others faltered, preaching the truth about liberty, Christianity, and the dangers of Marxist deception. His words should serve as a rallying cry for all conservative Christians who seek to preserve the values that built the greatest civilizations in history.

The white race, though a global minority, has contributed more to human progress than any other. The battle to preserve its history, culture, and faith is not just a racial struggle—it is a spiritual war between good and evil, between freedom and slavery. Benson understood this well, and we would do well to heed his warning before it is too late.
