Trump is Right: The Jan. 6th Committee Members Should Be in Jail – Until Those Traitors Are Brought to Justice, We Can't Unite and Move Forward

In the wake of the January 6th Capitol riots, we witnessed an event that has been twisted and manipulated for political gain. It’s clear to me that the actions of the January 6th Committee members should not be ignored, for they are not innocent bystanders in this story; they are active participants in undermining the very system they swore to protect. It is crucial to address this issue head-on and not just with words, but with real action. Until the individuals responsible for the biased, unjust, and outright anti-American actions of the January 6th Committee are held accountable, we cannot truly move forward as a united nation.

Having lived through numerous political upheavals myself—both in the U.S. and Iran—I've come to recognize the patterns of corruption and manipulation that persist in many political systems. The actions of the January 6th Committee stand as a clear example of how the American political class has become more interested in maintaining power through dishonest means than in serving the people. What’s worse, the evidence of their biased actions and selective prosecution is out there for all to see. Members of this committee, including Adam Schiff and Liz Cheney, played a role in a dangerous political theater, using their positions to discredit a sitting president and create division where none was needed.

To understand why these actions are so destructive, we must first look at the foundational principles that America was built upon. Our Constitution guarantees the rights of citizens, including the right to free speech, the right to protest, and the right to a fair trial. The actions of the committee, in my view, directly violate those rights. Their hearings were politically charged and selectively focused on demonizing a segment of the population that simply disagreed with the leftist agenda. The partisan nature of the proceedings is evident in how key figures like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and others refused to allow Republican input, making it an illegitimate process from the start.

Trump, as a leader who challenged the status quo, has been a frequent target of those who wish to preserve their positions of power. He may be controversial, but to deny him a fair hearing, or to launch an unprovoked, partisan investigation, is not only unjust—it’s un-American. The truth is, the January 6th Committee wasn’t interested in justice. They were more concerned with taking down a political opponent by any means necessary. This kind of behavior is not just a betrayal of the American people, but a betrayal of the ideals this nation was founded upon.

The idea of unity, so often preached by those in power, rings hollow when justice is ignored. How can we, as a nation, come together when the very people in power are complicit in acts of deceit, division, and manipulation? How can we trust our leaders if they are allowed to operate above the law? Until those involved in this corrupt committee are held accountable, we cannot claim that justice has been served, and without justice, any attempt at unity is futile.

This is not just about Donald Trump. This is about the future of our nation. If we allow this corruption to continue unchecked, we risk setting a dangerous precedent where political agendas override the rule of law, where accountability is a joke, and where the American people are left to suffer the consequences. But if we stand firm, if we demand justice, then we can move forward with integrity. Only when these traitors are brought to justice can we begin to heal as a nation and rebuild a system that serves the American people rather than those who wish to subvert it for their own gain.

To all those who claim that we must "move on" and let these events fade into the past, I say this: We cannot move forward until justice is served. Only then can we restore the faith of the American people in our institutions and ensure that the United States remains a nation of laws, not of men.
