How Trump Will Bring Back Jobs and Wealth for Americans, While Harris Will Drive Inflation Higher and Erode Our Rights

As an Iranian-American and former Muslim who now values conservative Christian principles, I feel strongly about the path our country is taking. Americans today face skyrocketing inflation, diminished wages, and an increasing sense of restriction on personal freedoms. In my view, Trump’s return to office represents an opportunity to restore economic stability, secure jobs, and protect the rights foundational to American life. Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris—who many see as the de facto leader given President Biden’s deteriorating mental state—has shown a willingness to implement policies that harm the economy, make inflation worse, and threaten civil liberties.

Economic Growth Under Trump’s Vision

Trump’s economic track record speaks for itself. Before the pandemic hit, his administration’s pro-growth policies delivered record-low unemployment and significant wage growth, especially for middle-class and minority Americans. His tax cuts and regulatory rollbacks gave businesses more freedom to grow, creating a boom in job opportunities across various sectors. Under Trump, Americans were not just employed; they saw real wage increases and improved living standards due to economic stability and reduced tax burdens. According to a report by the Heritage Foundation, between 2016 and 2019, the typical household saw income gains, and poverty among minorities fell to historic lowsting Trump would mean a return to policies that prioritize American jobs over foreign interests. He has a clear plan to bring manufacturing back to the United States by reducing reliance on China, reinstating fair trade agreements, and incentivizing domestic production. With Biden’s administration undoing many of these measures, outsourcing has increased, and American workers have lost critical opportunities. Trump’s “America First” policy framework has the potential to revitalize the manufacturing sector, bringing jobs back home and reducing our dependence on foreign labor markets.

Kamala Harris and Rising Inflation

Since Biden and Harris took office, inflation has spiraled out of control. Prices for essential goods—from groceries to gas—are hitting levels unseen in decades. The inflation rate has more than doubled compared to pre-2021 levels, eroding the purchasing power of Americans across the board. Much of this can be attributed to reckless spending bills pushed through by the Biden-Harris administration. Their expansion of the money supply through stimulus spending, along with continual regulatory burdens on businesses, has further fueled inflation.

Harris, in particular, has shown an alarming willingness to double down on these policies. If she effectively takes over the presidency in the next term, Americans can expect even higher inflation rates. According to an analysis from the Cato Institute, every round of government spending, in this context, directly contributes to rising inflation . Harrisioned policies focused on large-scale social spending and Green New Deal-style programs, which, if passed, would further increase federal debt and worsen the inflation crisis. Every dollar the government prints devalues our currency, and Harris seems oblivious to the real, painful impact of these decisions on American households.

Erosion of Civil Liberties

Under Harris’s influence, we have seen an unprecedented encroachment on Americans' constitutional rights. Free speech, freedom of religion, and the right to self-defense have all been targeted by her policies and her allies in Congress. During the COVID-19 pandemic, for example, Harris’s support for restrictive mandates showed a willingness to override personal freedoms in the name of government control. Her proposed policies around gun control, if implemented, would limit law-abiding Americans’ ability to defend themselves. She has also voiced support for policies that target conservative speech on social media platforms, suggesting that under her, government censorship could become more common .

Furthermore, Hdisplayed support for policies that impose ideological beliefs on Americans. She has often aligned with radical leftist agendas that threaten religious freedoms and freedom of speech. Harris’s track record on freedom is troubling for Christians and conservatives alike, who find themselves increasingly marginalized by mainstream institutions. Her policies have shown a disregard for the First Amendment, as she supports legislation that could classify conservative and religious views as “hate speech” under certain conditions. If Harris assumes greater control, these encroachments on freedom may become codified into law, making them difficult to reverse.

Conclusion

Trump’s vision of economic growth and job creation provides a clear contrast to Harris’s inflationary policies and tendency to infringe upon individual rights. The choice Americans face is stark: a return to a prosperous, self-reliant, and free America, or continued economic decline and erosion of rights under a Harris-led administration. For those of us who value freedom, economic stability, and limited government, Trump represents a chance to restore what’s been lost under Biden and Harris’s leadership. Harris’s ascent to full control would likely lead to further financial strain, inflation, and the shrinking of our cherished freedoms. It’s time to make a choice that preserves the American dream for future generations.
