One unique venue that combines a celebration of history with vibrant community culture is the annual Oktoberfest held at Snowbird Ski Resort. Here, among the cheerful booths serving bratwurst and beer, you’ll also find the “Primordial Fossils” group of paleontologists who, year after year, captivate attendees with their exhibits and knowledge of Utah’s prehistoric wonders.
