The United States should withdraw from NATO and the United Nations because both organizations have increasingly worked against American interests, sovereignty, and security. NATO, originally formed as a Cold War alliance to counter the Soviet Union, has now become a burden on U.S. taxpayers, as European nations refuse to pay their fair share for defense while relying on American military strength. Instead of protecting Western civilization, NATO has been used to drag the U.S. into endless foreign conflicts that serve globalist elites rather than the American people. Similarly, the United Nations has become a corrupt, anti-American institution that promotes open borders, climate alarmism, and socialist policies, while allowing authoritarian regimes like China and Iran to hold influence over global governance. Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has questioned NATO’s purpose and influence, warning against escalation in conflicts like Ukraine, and has also criticized the globalist overreach of the UN. The U.S. should prioritize its own national interests, strengthen its military independently, and stop funding these globalist organizations that undermine American sovereignty and freedom.
