For too long foreign companies have raped the American IT Worker blind and created major Cybersecurity weaknesses.
CYBERSECURITY
Cybersecurity IT work should never be in the hands of Non-Citizens inside the USA and should never be in the hands of Non-Citizens or Citizens outside the USA.
AMERICAN JOBS
We have more than enough unemployed qualified American IT Workers in the USA that can't get jobs and when they do, they don't get paid what they are worth.
AMERICAN SALARIES
Even if an American IT Worker gets a job, they get half the salary they are worth. Also, they have a harder time getting full time permanent employment, because they are replaced by H1B workers or those who were former H1B workers that have green cards and citizenships now.
