Protecting a President and a Nation: Why Trump's Security Must Mirror the Reagan Era

By Bobby Darvish, Iranian-American Ex-Muslim, Former Vegan, Former Democrat, Former Socialist, Former CAIR-Columbus Executive Director, Former Muslim Forum of Utah President, Christian Conservative LDS

The world is witnessing a spiritual and political battle for the soul of America. As a former socialist, ex-Muslim, and someone who once championed causes on the Left, I now stand firm in my conviction that Jesus Christ is protecting Donald J. Trump. However, we must also acknowledge that divine intervention often works hand-in-hand with human responsibility. The threat posed to Trump by the globalist Red-Green Axis—a sinister alliance of Marxists and Islamists—and their deep-state infiltrators is real. To preserve not only Trump’s life but the values and freedoms he represents, we need a robust security apparatus reminiscent of the Reagan era.

The Modern-Day Threat to Conservative Leaders

The assassination attempt on Trump is a stark reminder that the forces opposing him are desperate. They will stop at nothing to silence him, dismantle his movement, and suppress the Christian, constitutional values he champions. The Red-Green Axis is an unholy alliance of far-left Marxist ideologues and Islamist operatives working to destabilize America from within. Both groups share a common enemy: conservative Christians and patriots like Trump who stand against their globalist agenda.

During the Reagan era, the security surrounding the president was unmatched in its vigilance and adaptability. Following the 1981 assassination attempt on President Reagan by John Hinckley Jr., the Secret Service implemented sweeping changes, including enhanced protective intelligence and improvements in communication technology. Today, Trump faces a more sophisticated and ideologically driven enemy, requiring a security detail that can adapt to modern threats.

Reagan-Era Lessons for Trump’s Security

The Reagan assassination attempt taught us that complacency is the greatest weakness in presidential security. In the current climate, the following measures are essential:

  1. Enhanced Vetting of Security Personnel:
Deep-state infiltration is no longer a conspiracy theory; it is a documented reality. Members of the security team must undergo rigorous background checks to ensure they are not compromised by ideological or foreign allegiances. The Secret Service should adopt protocols used during the Reagan era, where loyalty to the Constitution and to the president was paramount.

  2. Advanced Surveillance and Threat Detection:
With technological advancements, threats are not confined to physical attacks. Cybersecurity must play a crucial role in protecting Trump from data breaches or surveillance by hostile actors. Having worked in cybersecurity, I know that safeguarding the president's digital footprint is as important as physical security.

  3. Rapid Response Teams:
Just as Reagan's motorcade and physical surroundings were tightly monitored, Trump’s appearances must be fortified by rapid-response teams trained to neutralize threats instantly. This includes aerial drones, AI-driven surveillance systems, and enhanced crowd-control measures.

  4. Faith in Christ and Preparedness in Action:
While faith guides us, it is our responsibility to act decisively. Trump’s leadership represents a covenant with God to uphold truth and freedom. Just as Reagan’s faith was his guiding light, Trump must be supported by men and women of faith who are unwavering in their mission to protect him.

The Globalist Red-Green Axis: A Present-Day Danger

The Red-Green Axis is not just a political alliance; it is a direct attack on Western civilization. Marxist ideology erodes individual freedoms, while Islamist extremism seeks to impose Sharia law globally. Their shared goal is to dismantle the Judeo-Christian foundations of America. Trump stands as a bulwark against this tide of authoritarianism.

This alliance has already infiltrated America’s institutions, from academia to the media and even certain government agencies. In my time with CAIR and as president of the Muslim Forum of Utah, I witnessed firsthand how Islamist organizations manipulate narratives and infiltrate positions of power to weaken American democracy. These groups, now aligned with globalist Marxists, have the resources and intent to undermine Trump’s presidency and the American people’s will.

Conclusion: A Call to Action

Jesus Christ may be the ultimate protector of Trump, but history teaches us that God works through people to fulfill His divine plan. Just as Reagan’s security detail evolved to meet the challenges of the 1980s, so too must Trump’s team rise to the challenges of today. We, as patriots and Christians, must demand that his security is strengthened, that the Secret Service and related agencies are purged of deep-state actors, and that vigilance becomes the watchword.

Trump is not just a man; he is a movement, a symbol of hope, and a defender of Christian and constitutional values. We owe it to him, to ourselves, and to our Creator to ensure that he is protected from all threats, foreign and domestic. America’s future depends on it.
