As an Iranian-American ex-Muslim Christian conservative, I’ve seen firsthand the damage that socialism and radical ideologies like Islamism can do. I’ve lived through it, and I’ve watched it destroy nations, cultures, and individual freedoms. That’s why I proudly walked away from the Democrat Party in 2016 and voted for Donald J. Trump. It was the best decision I’ve made as an American citizen because it aligned me with a vision of liberty, prosperity, and a future free from the suffocating grip of socialism and tyranny.

Recently, two Democrat Socialists attempted to assassinate President Trump. Yet, the media coverage of these assassination attempts has been minimal, treated as an afterthought. Can you imagine if two Republican Capitalists had tried to assassinate Kamala Harris or Joe Biden? The outrage would be deafening. The mainstream media would be on a 24/7 news cycle about "right-wing extremism," "domestic terrorism," and "the existential threat to democracy." But when it comes to President Trump, the double standard couldn’t be more clear.

The Assassination Attempts on Trump: Where Is the Outrage?

The first of these assassination attempts came in 2020 when a Canadian woman sent a letter laced with ricin to the White House, addressed to Trump. This wasn’t just a threat; it was an active attempt on his life. A Democrat-leaning woman tried to poison the sitting President of the United States. Yet, the media hardly reported on it. Contrast this to how they would have reacted had this been Harris or Biden.

The second attempt was even more chilling. In 2023, a man who had posted anti-Trump messages on social media tried to breach security at one of Trump’s residences while armed. Once again, the coverage was either absent or minimal, swept under the rug by the media. It’s hard to believe that two such serious threats to the President would be handled with such nonchalance if they had been directed at a Democrat. This blatant bias exposes the rot within the American media establishment, which no longer even pretends to hide its favoritism.

The Media’s Role in Promoting Violence

The silence on these assassination attempts isn’t just negligent—it’s dangerous. The media has spent years demonizing Trump, calling him a racist, a dictator, and worse. In doing so, they have contributed to a climate where people believe that violence against him is somehow justified or at least understandable. If the roles were reversed, we would see wall-to-wall coverage portraying the attackers as products of "Republican hate." Instead, we get silence and a continued effort to downplay any threat to the life of one of the most consequential presidents in American history.

The reality is that the mainstream media in America is part of the problem. It acts as an extension of the Democrat Party, constantly amplifying the narratives that serve their interests and ignoring or downplaying any story that would expose the hypocrisy or failures of the left. Had these assassination attempts been made on any Democrat leader, the outcry would be global. The fact that they weren’t speaks volumes about the media’s priorities and their commitment to undermining Donald Trump’s presidency and his lasting influence.

Walking Away from the Democrat Party

I’m so glad I walked away from the Democrat Party in 2016. It became clear to me that the Democratic Party I once believed in had morphed into something unrecognizable. It has been hijacked by radical socialists, globalists, and Islamists who prioritize identity politics and Marxist ideologies over American values like freedom, individualism, and meritocracy.

When I first came to America, I believed the Democratic Party was the party of tolerance and freedom. However, over time, I saw how it began to pander to socialism, Islamism, and destructive identity politics. The party no longer stood for the freedom and opportunity that brought me to this country in the first place.

President Trump, on the other hand, stood up for American values, putting the interests of hardworking Americans first. He fought against socialism and radical ideologies that seek to undermine the foundation of this country. That’s why I proudly cast my vote for him in 2016, again in 2020, and will do so in 2024.

The Future of American Conservatism: Vivek Ramaswamy and Candace Owens

When President Trump has served his two terms, I’ll be voting for someone who can carry the torch of American greatness forward. Vivek Ramaswamy and Candace Owens are two names that come to mind. Both are unapologetically conservative, pro-freedom, and anti-socialist. They understand the dangers that socialism and Islamism pose to our nation.

Vivek Ramaswamy, with his bold pro-capitalist agenda and commitment to preserving free speech and individual liberty, is a rising star in the conservative movement. He stands against the woke mob, the same mob that tried to cancel me and millions of others who dare to speak the truth. Candace Owens is another trailblazer, a powerful voice for African-American conservatives who are fed up with the Democrat Party’s empty promises and race-baiting tactics. Both of these individuals represent the future of conservatism—a movement that is inclusive, patriotic, and deeply committed to preserving the values that make America exceptional.

Socialism and Islamism: The Twin Evils

I know firsthand the destructive forces of socialism and Islamism. Growing up under the tyrannical regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran, I experienced how socialism and Islamism can work hand-in-hand to enslave a people. Under these systems, there is no room for freedom of thought, religion, or speech. You are expected to obey or face the consequences—often, the loss of your life or liberty.

When I hear Democrats in America push for socialism or when they cozy up to Islamist groups, I can’t help but feel alarmed. Don’t they see what they’re advocating for? Socialism leads to economic ruin, and Islamism leads to the suppression of human rights, especially for women and religious minorities. Those who advocate for either system are either ignorant or malicious, and they should never be trusted with power.

Conclusion: Vote for Freedom

As we approach the 2024 election, I urge all Americans to think carefully about the direction they want this country to take. Will you vote for socialism and Islamism, two ideologies that enslave and destroy? Or will you vote for freedom, prosperity, and a future where individual rights are protected? I will proudly be voting for Donald J. Trump again in 2024, and after that, I’ll be supporting candidates like Vivek Ramaswamy or Candace Owens. Because the alternative—voting for socialism or Islamism—means voting for slavery. I refuse to ever go down that path again, and I encourage every freedom-loving American to do the same.

Never vote for socialism or Islamism unless you want to be a slave.
