This music video is in the Afghan Persian dialect of "Dari". It is by Mojgan Azimi, an Afghan singer who sings in the Dari dialect of Persian. It is a very sad video in regards to the state of Women in Afghanistan.
It starts out with a child birth that kills the mother, then the father finds out and comes with a belt and beats the dead mother's body. He is even more angered that he has a daughter, instead of a son. The video shows symbolic 'chains' on the daughter's body. As the daughter grows up she is eventually arranged to me married to an old man. She refuses and runs away, only to be caught by the father that chokes her to death.
At the end of the video, the father is selling his dead daughter in her 'kafan' (egyptian cotton burial garb) to the old man. Which seems like it would imply necrophilia.
